Cyphe Danzae Radio is an independent artist streaming radio platform. The station broadcasts original music submitted directly by independent artists who represent and warrant that they hold all necessary rights to their content.

The platform is designed to support artists who own or control the master recordings and underlying compositions of the music they upload. We do not knowingly stream music owned by third-party rights holders without proper authorization.

Digital audio streaming services in the United States are subject to royalty obligations under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and the Music Modernization Act (MMA). Cyphe Danzae Radio acknowledges the following PRO frameworks:

Artists who upload content to Cyphe Danzae Radio and are registered with any of the above PROs are responsible for ensuring their submissions comply with their PRO agreements. Cyphe Danzae Radio maintains internal play logs to support royalty reporting as the platform scales.

Cyphe Danzae Radio maintains an automated play event log that records the following data for every track broadcast:

• Track title and artist name
• Album name (where provided)
• ISRC code (where provided by the artist)
• Date and time of broadcast (Eastern Time)
• Duration of the performance (seconds)
• Listener count at time of play

This data is retained and can be exported in CSV format compatible with SoundExchange, BMI, ASCAP, and SESAC digital reporting requirements. Monthly reports are generated automatically and are available to the station administrator for submission to applicable PROs.

Cyphe Danzae Radio operates under the following copyright principles:

1. Artist Responsibility: Artists who upload content represent and warrant that they own or control all rights necessary to broadcast their music on this platform.
2. No Third-Party Infringement: We do not authorize the upload or broadcast of music owned by third parties (major labels, publishers, or other rights holders) without proper licensing.
3. DMCA Takedown: Rights holders who believe their content is being broadcast without authorization may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. We will investigate and remove content promptly upon valid notice.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy: Artists who repeatedly upload infringing content will have their accounts terminated.
